Content filters

How you handle profanity, links and spam in support and messages.

In the Content filters tab you set separately for donations, the contact form and messages what to do with suspicious messages.

  • Your own blocked words (hold or reject), links, text in CAPITALS, spam, an emoji limit and personal data (national ID, card number, account number).
  • Held support waits in Donations → Moderation, and flagged messages carry a "to review" label in the inbox.
  • Independently of your settings, the platform filter for unlawful content applies, including profiles, posts and the newsletter.

In the panel: Content filters

Panel → Audience → Content filters

Set separately what happens with suspicious messages in donations, the contact form and the newsletter.

Held support goes to the queue in Donations → Moderation and does not show in the alert until you accept it. The payment stays with you regardless of the decision.

Across the platform, including profile content and the newsletter, an unlawful-content filter applies. Such content is blocked or routed for review.
