The "Support" button, connecting payments, fundraising goals and handling tips from viewers.

The "Donate" button on your profile lets visitors send you money. Payments are handled by SimPay (BLIK, transfer) and go directly to you. HiLobby does not hold or store donation money and takes no commission.

  • You connect SimPay in the Payments tab (Earning and stream group) using the details from your SimPay account. Keys are encrypted and never return to the browser.
  • On the donation page you set amounts, minimum and maximum, message length, colour and a thank-you note. PRO adds a fundraising goal bar.
  • Moderation: show messages immediately, after your approval, or automatically above a chosen amount, with a banned-words filter.
  • Donation history, export and automatic thank-you e-mails for supporters who left their address.
  • You can check alerts and history with the simulation button in the dashboard, without a real payment.
  • The support window can have a banner (image, GIF or video), and after returning from payment the supporter sees your thank-you image or GIF.
  • Amounts can have labels (e.g. "10: Coffee"). A supporter can pay anonymously: then the nickname is shown neither in the alert nor on the wall.
  • The supporter wall on the profile shows recent support and a ranking. Only people who tick the consent box appear on it; show amounts and messages as you like.
  • Stickers (PRO): pick up to 12 images or GIFs from your library and a supporter attaches one to their payment. The overlay shows it in the alert.

Fundraiser: the goal counts tips from a chosen date, can have a deadline, a description and updates, and shows as a block with a progress bar on your profile and in OBS.

Accepting donations may have tax consequences (e.g. income or gifts). Consult your situation with an accountant or tax adviser.

Connect your SimPay account. Donations use this connection. You paste your own keys and money goes straight to your account: HiLobby does not hold or store it.

Donations go directly to your account with the chosen payment provider. You paste your own keys, and we only receive the paid notification (webhook) and show an alert. Keys are encrypted on the server and never return to the browser (you only see a mask).

In OBS add a "Browser" source, paste the address, set width 800 and height 300 (the background is transparent). Don't show these addresses on stream: anyone who knows them can display your alerts.

Lay out your alert: drag elements, resize them with the corner handle and set colours. The OBS overlay shows exactly this layout.

Each tier can have its own text, image or GIF, colours, animation and sound. Empty fields use the main alert settings.

Pick up to 12 images or GIFs from your library. A supporter can attach one to their payment and the overlay shows it in the alert instead of the usual image.

Shows recent support and a ranking. Only people who tick the consent box in the support window appear on the wall; anonymous payments never do.

Server voices (Gosia, Darek, Magda) sound the same in every browser and in OBS, even when the OBS browser has no Polish voices. The message is converted to speech on our server; the audio file is deleted after 24 h. Pitch applies only to browser voices. Voices depend on the browser inside OBS. If the chosen voice is missing there, the default voice for the language is used. Links in messages are not read out.

Viewers add a YouTube link to their tip. You approve it in the Live control tab and the "Viewer clips" overlay plays it on stream. You are responsible for content played on stream, including music copyright. By default every clip needs your approval.

Viewers can attach a short recording to their tip. Listen to it in the Live control tab and decide whether to play it on stream.

A voice recording is the viewer's personal data. We collect it with consent, store it outside the public site and delete it after 30 days, or immediately if rejected. If you have your own privacy policy, mention this feature there (consult a lawyer if in doubt).

Takes effect on the OBS overlay right away (within a few seconds). Use it during a stream when an alert or message should not be shown.

Viewers vote with tips: they pick an option when tipping and the total amount counts. Show the results by adding the "Poll" widget in OBS.

You will find the addresses of these overlays in the list above. The counter and top supporter use the ranking period (e.g. the current stream).

We store the nickname, amount, message, date, method and the transaction ID from the provider. As the profile owner you are the controller of this data, and HiLobby processes it on your behalf. Payment details stay with the payment provider. If in doubt, consult a lawyer or an accountant.
