Library of images, GIFs, sounds and video for alerts and the profile.

The Files tab holds images, GIFs, sounds and short videos you use in alerts and on the donation page. You can also upload files right from the alert settings with the “Upload” button.

  • Every account has 1 GB of space for all files: the library and donation voice recordings (those disappear after 30 days). The bar in the tab shows what is left.
  • Formats: PNG, JPG and WebP up to 10 MB, GIF up to 15 MB, MP3, OGG, WAV and M4A up to 10 MB, MP4 and WebM up to 30 MB. Images up to 4096 × 4096 px. SVG and other formats are rejected.
  • We recognise the file type by its content, not its name. We remove metadata from photos, e.g. location from your phone.
  • Files have random addresses and are available to anyone with the link, because they must show on the profile and in OBS. Do not upload confidential content. A deleted file stops showing everywhere it was used.
