Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the questions we get most often.
Is HiLobby free?
Yes. The FREE plan has no link limit and no expiry. You buy PRO or PRO+ only when you need more features. See the comparison in Plans and payments.
Do you take a commission on donations?
Principle: visible consent and easy withdrawal; statistics without IP addresses.
Can I move my links from another service?
Yes. You can import links, name and bio from Linktree, Beacons and many other services, then change them as you like. See Quick start and import.
What happens to my data?
No ads and no selling of personal data. Statistics run without analytics cookies.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. You buy PRO and PRO+ for a chosen period, with no subscription. When it ends, your profile returns to FREE settings and your data stays. More in Plans and payments.
Can I change my profile address?
Yes, once every 30 days in the Links tab. The old address redirects to the new one for a while. Details in Getting started.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on a plan that includes it (currently: PRO, PRO+). You add DNS records at your domain provider and we set up the HTTPS certificate. Instructions are in QR code and custom domain.
Will I get an invoice for my plan?
Yes. You can issue an invoice in the panel under Plan and payments, or turn on automatic invoices. The rules are in Plans and payments.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter it under Plan and payments and click "Check code" to see the price before paying. Discounts do not stack. See Promotions and discount codes.
How do I delete my account or download my data?
Under Account and privacy you can download a data export and delete your account (with a 14-day grace period). See Account and security and Data and GDPR.
Can I sell digital products?
Profile traffic data: events only (type, time, profile). No IP addresses or user profiles.
How do I report a problem or a violation?
Report account or payment problems using the form in the Help centre. You can also report content that breaks the law or the terms there, and check the status of your report.
